Commander In
Chief:
Ultimate decision-maker of the Fleet the Commander in
Chief ensures the proper running of the fleet. This
person evaluates new Captains to ensure that they are
doing what is required of them, and that they are
maintaining the rules of the fleet.
On a quarterly basis, assess all ships
within the fleet and give a report to the Director of
Fleet operations on how the ships are doing.
This person is also responsible for
handing out awards and choosing which of the sites is
the simm of the month.
Remains in contact with the Director of
Fleet Personnel in order to alert her when new members
join the fleet.

Director of Fleet Operations:
This person maintains the website to ensure that it is constantly
updated.
Build SMS/NOVA ships for new Captains as well as assisting in
maintaining them and always looking for new skins and updates for SMS.
This person also locates sites to put our banner on in order to
ensure that the Fleet name is out in the public eye.
Find information for the database page, Creates banners for Task
Forces and ships.
Place person(s) who apply off
the homepage onto a ship which best suits their needs.
Director of Fleet Reports and Recruiting.
Responsible for recruiting
for the ships within the fleet. Must maintain membership in all active simms and
check for positions that need filling. Recruit a minimum of 4 times a week on at
least 10 different sites.
Send any new recruitment simmer to the ship that best suits the
position and environment they request. If possible, give them several choices so
that they may have a choice. Existing crew members who
want to move to another ship or add a character elsewhere are to be referred to
admiratabolt@quicksilverfleet.com
Write various appealing,
well-written recruitment letters, which are posted each month, using a different
one if posting to the same site so that person(s) looking there are not reading
the same style over and over. Develop at least eight letters, with a minimum of
two that are for Dark Harbor only.
Turn in a monthly report to the DFO on recruitment activities.
Collect statistics from all simms within the fleet and gather
pertinent information for the Fleet Newsletter, as well as posting on the
Captain’s site for any noteworthy items they would want in the newsletter and
emailing all of the admiralty for anything they may have. Inform the DFO of all
ships failing to have their stats in by the fifteenth of the month.
Maintain a record of all simmers in the fleet and their
positions, emails etc.
Director of Fleet Personnel
Greets all new members of the
fleet and assists them with any questions/concerns they may have.
Assists any problems (first line of defense) that simmers are having, and
works with the Captains to resolve them. If you have any issues, please

If she cannot resolve them, she forwards the issues to Admiral Youngdeer.
Assists in the maintaining of NON TREK simulations.
Commandant of the Starfleet Marines
In charge of the
Marines throughout the fleet.
Makes sure that
the protocols and regulations are being followed.
Assists the DFO in
the maintenance of the fleet; keeps the database filled with
information.
Assists in story
creation for Captains that need ideas.
Assists Commander in Chief and Director of Fleet
Operations with ship/base issues when they are online and fills in when they
are not.
Director of Internal
Affairs
After
being forwarded issues thoughout the fleet from the DFP he starts an
official investigation.
Keeps
records of any issues that have been resolved in order to reference them
in the future.
Keeps
and maintains the ban list of any person(s) that the Admiralty has
decided to place on it.
Assists
Commander in Chief and Director of Fleet Operations with ship/base
issues when they are online and fills in when they are not.
