General Overview
While Garret is an older man, his is in no way a weak individual. With more than forty years as a Marine under his belt, he knows the territory through and through, and his very presence demands respect. Soft spoken as a general rule, he knows his place and his duty and does it with excellence. He is a friendly man however he takes his role and his job very serious.

Strengths: Strong and solid leader. Excellent marksman and very capable diplomat Weaknesses: Due to his past, Garret is known for his inability to let those around him know what is going on inside his head, perhaps a wall built for his own protection.

Born into the household of General Nathaniel Garret and Victoria Garret on April ninth, Victor was a quiet child and until his fourth birthday he did not even speak. His father instilled in him from a very young age the importance of duty and honor, and after seeing his father go through the ranks as a marine, he knew that he would follow in his father’s footsteps. On the day of his 18th birthday, Victor signed up for the core, and his father was never prouder than that moment, however the Garret family’s joy was short lived. Three months into Victor’s training Nathaniel was caught in a dangerous firefight on Berellis Prime, and died in the conflict. Victoria insisted that her oldest son stay in the Marines, a tribute to her husband. So only by her request did he finish out his training.


Ten years later, during his tour of duty at the Neutral zone, he met Ashtyn Olotte, a young lady with a beautiful smile and a capturing personality. Only a year later they were wed. They spent three lovely years together, until she was taken by the Yissvia virus that killed so many during that time. The thirty two year old was shaken to the core; however he fought against his urge to leave the Marines yet again, and was promoted to Colonel.


After many hard years of battles, diplomatic invasions and the like, he was finally promoted to Major General, and asked to take a desk job at SF Marine Headquarters, however he refused. Victor was not the kind of man to sit behind a desk and push papers, so instead they moved him the Starbase Gibralter, where he now serves as the Division Intelligence Director/Starbase Intelligence Chief.

In 2400, he was demoted to Colonel, and removed from the position of Division Intelligence Director, pending an investigation.
