Mystery left her home planet of Risa and entered Starfleet Academy. She excelled in all her studies. She majored in operations and minored in security.

Mystery has a master’s degree in operations with a minor degree in security.


After graduating from Starfleet Mystery was assigned to her first ship. She was there for three years. Mystery along with several others were assigned to a special operations unit. She served in that unit for two years. The results are classified and she very seldom talks about what she did there. To this day she still has some contacts who keep in touch with her who don't know she's Starfleet. Starfleet Command told her that if her unit was discovered and or captured they'd not acknowledge she was a Starfleet Officer. Mystery understood and accepted the risks involved. It was during her time with Special Operations that she was injured while infiltrating the Cardassian Underground. Her unit was key in the capture of several renegade Cardassians who were out to assonate the President of the Federation. Mystery has gained several commendations for bravery.

When she left the special operations unit she returned to a starship. She was assigned to the USS Starduster as Chief Operations Officer. Her training in Special Operations made her a valuable asset to the ship. But Mystery felt she was not being used to her full ability and put in for a transfer where her special training could be of use.
